This image shows a boxed in cabinet style range hood. I think this may jut off the wall too much. I may have suggested this but in further review it might need to be anchored to another wall cabinet.

I agree Peter- the vent system does look far away. I am happier with the relocation of the window to center it on the wall instead of having it right next to the stove.
