Laundry Issues 5/9/11

This is a view of the rotted sill below the laundry sink. This will need to be replaced and the framing replace as well.

This is a view of the broken drain to the laundry sink. This will need to be replaced if we intend to reuse the sink. Note there is a sizable crack in the sink. Might think about replacing.
